Hrana tónu
Má zavreté očí (otvorila ich až po pípnutí), možno mikrospánok. Je pri vedomí, ale “niekde trošku inde” [1]. V hlave (vpredu) má pocit, že jazdí hore a dole ako na horskej dráhe. Telesne zažívané pocity, ako keby jej mozog skákal hore a dole, na chvíľu spadol, je ťažký [2]. Vyvíja veľké úsilie, aby nezaspala, snaží sa sústrediť (motivácia, nie vnútorná reč) [3]. To je všetko, “je to úplne prázdne, dost nebarevné”.
Kontext
Bojuje so zaspávaním, vždy na chvíľku zatvára oči (dlhé žmurknutia, násilím otvára oči). Má pocit, že spánok nikdy úplne neprišiel a bojovala s ním, ale možno mikrospánok mala.
